What's included
Walking Tours:
The tour price includes the guiding fee.
Driving Tours:
The tour price includes the guiding fee, vehicle (private or rental), fuel, and tolls.
What's not included
[Walking Tours]
- Public Transportation: Trams, buses, trains, ferries, cruises, taxis etc.
- Entrance Fees: Approximately 200–1,000 JPY per person. (Note: Entrance is free for the licensed guide at most facilities, but some exceptions may apply.)
- Meals: Lunch or dinner costs.
Gourmet tours: May exceed 10,000 JPY per person.
Guide Expenses: Please note that the guest is responsible for covering the guide’s public transportation, lunch and entrance fees.
- Gratuities: In accordance with industry custom, a gratuity is at your discretion but greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with the tour.
[Driving Tours]
- Additional Fares: Cruise/ferry fares.
- Entrance Fees: Approximately 200–1,000 JPY per person. (Free for the licensed guide where applicable.)
- Meals: Same as walking tours.
- Guide Expenses: Please note that the guest is responsible for covering the guide’s cruise fare, lunch and entrance fees.
- Gratuities: In accordance with industry custom, a gratuity is at your discretion but greatly appreciated if you are satisfied with the tour.
Payment method
Payment for reservations is processed via PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid via PayPal at least one week before the tour starts, or in cash (Japanese Yen) directly to the guide on the day of the tour.
Since our tour prices are set in US Dollars (USD), the final balance will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of the tour. Please note that the exchange rate will be rounded to the nearest 100 JPY (rounded up).
